Invalid Log-in Message When Email And Password Are Correct

Error Description:
If you try logging in to register EasyWorship and you receive an Invalid Login message, even though you are entering the correct email and password, you may need to reset your password to correct this problem. An internet connection is required to login, otherwise you will need to register offline.
Resolution:
Follow these steps to reset your password in EasyWorship:
- Open EasyWorship.
- Click Help, and then Register Products. If you have not yet registered, the window to login will appear automatically.
- Click Login to connect / Retrieve registration info.
- Enter in your email address and click the Forgot Password checkbox, and then click the Reset button.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- Open your email and click the link to reset your password.
- It will take you to the EasyWorship website to enter in your new password.
(If you are already signed in on the EasyWorship website, you will need to sign out and then click on the link in your email to reset the password) - Now you should be able to login and register successfully.
Steps to reset your password at www.easyworship.com:
- Go to www.easyworship.com.
(If you are already signed in on the EasyWorship website, you will need to sign out first) - At the top, click on Sign In.
- Click Forgot Password?, and enter in your email address and click the Reset button.
- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- Open your email and click the link to reset your password.
- It will take you to the EasyWorship website to enter in your new password.
- Now you should be able to login and register successfully.
If you get this Invalid Login message when trying to register offline using a license file, you will need to go to www.easyworship.com and re-download the license file after you reset the password. Then try registering offline using the license file again.
Steps to register offline:
- Open EasyWorship,, and click Help, and then Register Products.
- Click on Register offline using your phone or a license file.
- Click on the Using a File tab.
- Write down or copy the number that is listed.
- On a computer that has internet access, go to www.easyworship.com and log in to your account.
- At the top-right, click on Software Licenses.
- Under the Offline Activation section, click on Add Computer.
- Enter your computer name and then enter the number that you copied or wrote down earlier and click Save.
- This will let you save the License File to a portable flash drive.
- On the computer that does not have internet access, plug in your portable flash drive.
- Open EasyWorship,, and click Help, and then Register Products.
- Click on Register offline using your phone or a license file.
- Click on the Using a File tab.
- On Step 4, click the Install license file button, and you will be prompted to locate the file and select "Open".
- Now you can login with your email and password.
