Microsoft Security Alert Appears When Going Live To A PowerPoint

Error Description:
If you receive a Microsoft Security Alert when going live or navigating through a PowerPoint presentation in EasyWorship, this is normally due to an unsecure media item that is embedded in the PowerPoint presentation.
Resolution:
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- When you get this error, click on Open the Trust Center link at the bottom left.
- In the Trust Center window, click on Trusted Locations on the left.
- Click the Add new location button at the bottom.
- Click the Browse button in the center on the right-hand side.
- Navigate to this path: C:\Users\Public\Public Documents, and then select the Softouch folder and click OK at the bottom.
- Check the box titled Subfolders of this location are also trusted and then click OK at the bottom.
- Then click OK at the bottom of the Trust Center window.
- Now close and reopen EasyWorship and reimport the PowerPoint back into the Presentations tab of EasyWorship and then try going live to the PowerPoint again.
If you are still having issues with this specific PowerPoint giving you the Security Alert error message, try these steps below:
- Open Windows File Explorer by holding the Windows key and pressing the E key.
- Browse to the image or video that may be causing the error on that slide.
- Right-click the image or video and select Properties.
- Check the Unblock checkbox at the bottom of the Properties window and click OK.
- Edit the PowerPoint file and delete the image or video off the slide.
- Drag the image or video back onto the slide, and save the PowerPoint file.
- Import the PowerPoint file back into the Presentations tab of EasyWorship.
- Go live to the PowerPoint in EasyWorship and see if you are no longer receiving the Microsoft Security Alert.
