We have the latest update of EW7. When we add a PowerPoint, the thumbnail in the schedule is grey and it doesn't work. When we add an older  PowerPoint already in the media, it shows the thumbnail but it, too, doesn't work. I've try to ad a simple PowerPoint to the schedule, just text, still no joy. It seems to me that it's not connecting with PowerPoint to do its stuff, but I can't see how this could have changed. We us MS365, so PowerPoint will be the latest version.
