What version of MS Office do you have installed on the EW 8 machine? 32 bit or 64 bit?
Hi Terry, both my home PC and the church PC have both versions of EasyWorship on them they are both on Windows 11 25H2. EW7.4.2.12 and EW8.0.49.
We don't have MS Office installed but a standalone version of PowerPoint 2010 which is 32 bit. No problems when using EW7 only with EW8.
I have the same issue. Powerpoint 2010, windows 10 and 11

Hi Roger, I don't think that they are very interested in this forum as you can see it's been 17 days and still no reply or fix for it.

If you are using EW8 then you will need to use at the very least PowerPoint newer than 2019 and the 64-bit version.

We tried adding PPTs last Sunday into EW8 by dragging them into Presentations but they just show Blank boxes. Worked fine in EW7 though.
Today I tried adding PPTs downloaded from Scripture Union then added them into Presentations in EW8 and they did appear but when I went live they just displayed black. Again worked perfectly in EW7.
There's obviously still problems with EW8 and PowerPoint files.
