Feed does not have Audio
Leaving this comment for future people who have the same problem.
We were able to skip the NDI process by changing the settings of the input device. On windows you can open the settings and check "Listen to this Device" and that will turn on microphone monitoring for that device. which will play the audio of that device through your computer speakers. This allows the audio to play with the video. If audio is desynced with video you can add delay to your video in Easyworship to sync them up. But a big issue with using audio monitoring is the audio will play even if you don't have the feed showing in your live. So if you don't have a way to mute the audio, this fix might not be for you.
If you have more questions you can google "how to turn on audio monitoring for a input device."
Hope this helps anyone who also is having this problem.

Description of the bug:
When adding a hardware capture card as a media feed in EasyWorship 7, video is displayed correctly but no audio is received. This occurs even when the source device (such as an Apple TV) is confirmed to be outputting both video and audio. Audio settings within EasyWorship 7 (including unmuted feed properties) have been verified.
Additionally, this issue is not limited to the capture card. Other devices capable of providing both video and audio (such as a webcam with a built-in microphone) also only provide video, with no audio detected or played. However, NDI sources do successfully transmit both video and audio.
How was your service impacted?
This issue prevented proper playback of external media sources during service, requiring a workaround using NDI instead of direct hardware input.
How was your preparation time impacted?
Preparation time was greatly impacted. Additional time was required to research and set up an alternative workflow using NDI to compensate for the missing audio from hardware inputs.
