I made a payment and was charged; however, EasyWorship still says that my subscription has expired and is asking to pay again, my bank already shows the payment to.

When your EasyWorship subscription renews each month, your license automatically updates. However, if your computer wasn’t connected to the internet during renewal, EasyWorship may not reflect the latest license status.

To update your license manually:

Verify you have an internet connection.

Open EasyWorship.

In the upper-left corner, click Help and select Register Products.

This usually refreshes your license. You’ll know it worked if you see a green Manage label in the upper-right corner of the Register Products window. Next to this, you’ll also see your subscription type and renewal date. If this date is current, your license is successfully updated.

See the example below for reference:

If you are still seeing an expiration error or watermark, make sure you are connected to the internet and follow the steps below:

  1. From within EasyWorship, in the upper left corner of the screen, click on Help and Register Products.
  2. If you are logged in, you will see that you are connected to your Organization/Email.
  3. Click on “Disconnect and Deactivate…”
  4. If you are not logged in or have just disconnected, click on “Login to connect”
  5. Login with your account email and the password.
    1. If you don't remember your password or you receive an error, go here: EasyWorship Authentication, enter your email and click next to continue with password reset. Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters, have at least one capital letter, one number and one special character.
  6. Click Login.
  7. Verify you are connected to your Organization
  8. Click Complete Login and close.
  9. The expiration message should no longer be visible.
